Menulis memiliki syarat tersendiri yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang penulis. Syarat yang dimiliki oleh seorang penulis adalah memiliki tema dan tujuan yang akan dicapai. Di sisi lain, penulis juga harus mampu mengolah bahasa tulis dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan karya ilmiah.
